Bonuses are available only to verified players aged 18 or over who reside in a jurisdiction where Winnerisland's licence permits play.

Each promotion may carry additional eligibility criteria such as a minimum deposit, a specific payment method, or being a first-time depositor. Players who self-exclude or who are flagged for problem-gambling indicators are not eligible.

Players who have previously been identified as bonus abusers, or whose accounts have been closed for breach of our Terms, may not claim further bonuses.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion, deposit-match bonuses must be wagered 35× the bonus amount, and free-spin winnings must be wagered 25×, before any withdrawal of bonus funds or winnings derived from them is permitted.

Wagering applies to bonus funds only. Real-money balances always wager first, and any winnings from real-money play can be withdrawn at any time without affecting an active bonus.

Wagering progress is shown in your account dashboard and updates in real time.

While bonus funds are active, the maximum stake per spin, hand or bet is £5 (or local equivalent). The maximum total stake on any single game round, including all paylines and bonus features, is also £5.

Exceeding the maximum bet — whether intentionally or by mistake — is treated as a breach of these terms. We reserve the right to void any winnings from rounds where the maximum was exceeded and, in serious or repeated cases, to forfeit the entire bonus and bonus winnings.

Cash bonuses expire 30 days after they are credited to your account. Free spins must be used within 7 days of issue. Loyalty and cashback rewards expire as stated at the time of award.

Any unused bonus funds, free spins or wagering progress are forfeited at expiry. We will send a reminder email 48 hours before expiry where possible.

Different game categories contribute differently towards wagering: slots 100%, video poker 50%, live casino game shows 20%, classic table games (blackjack, baccarat, roulette) 10%, video poker variants with 99%+ RTP 5%. Sports betting and progressive jackpot slots contribute 0% unless specified.

We publish an excluded-games list in each promotion's full terms; bets placed on excluded games do not contribute to wagering and may void the bonus.

Unless the specific promotion states otherwise, the maximum amount that can be withdrawn from a no-deposit bonus or free-spin winnings is £100. There is no maximum withdrawal cap on deposit-match bonuses, but standard wagering and bet-size rules apply.

Only one welcome bonus is permitted per player, household, postal address, IP address, device, or shared payment instrument. Multiple claims are treated as bonus abuse.

Bonus abuse — including multi-accounting, fraudulent registration, low-risk-bet patterns designed to clear wagering with minimal exposure, and use of irregular play — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and bonus winnings, and may lead to account closure.

You may cancel an active bonus at any time before completing wagering by contacting support; doing so forfeits the bonus and any winnings derived from it, and any wagered amount above your original deposit will be returned as cash.

We reserve the right to withdraw, amend, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time, without prior notice, where we reasonably consider it necessary (for example for technical reasons, regulatory change, or suspected abuse). Where we cancel a promotion, eligible players who have already opted in will retain any bonus already credited.

Withdrawal of bonus funds is permitted only after wagering requirements are met in full. Real-money balances can be withdrawn at any time, but doing so will end any active bonus and forfeit unused bonus funds and unconverted bonus winnings.

All withdrawals are subject to KYC verification and the standard limits described in our Terms and Conditions.
