Player-control tools
You can set, change or remove most of these tools at any time from the "Safer Gambling" area of your account. Tightening a limit takes effect immediately; loosening or removing a limit takes effect after a 24-hour cool-down period.
- Deposit limits. Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the total you can deposit. We will prompt you to set a deposit limit on registration and remind you periodically.
- Loss and wager limits. Cap your net losses or total wagered amount over a chosen period. Once reached, you cannot place further bets until the period resets.
- Session time limits. Set a maximum length for any single session. We will log you out automatically when reached.
- Reality checks. Receive on-screen pop-ups every 15, 30 or 60 minutes summarising time played and net result. You can pause or end the session from the pop-up.
- Cool-off (time-out). Take a short break from 24 hours up to 6 weeks. During cool-off you cannot log in, deposit or bet, and we will not send you marketing.
- Self-exclusion. Exclude yourself from Winnerisland for 6 months, 1 year, 5 years or permanently. Self-exclusion cannot be lifted during the chosen period and continues for at least 7 days afterwards if you choose not to renew.
- Marketing opt-out. Turn off promotional emails, SMS, push notifications and personalised offers at any time, without affecting your account.
