Winner Island Casino - Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 1 April 2026. These Terms govern your use of Winnerisland and form a binding contract between you and us. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy, AML Policy, Bonus Terms and Responsible Gaming Policy.
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account at Winnerisland ("we", "us", "the operator") you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full, together with our Privacy Policy, AML Policy, Bonus Terms and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which form a single agreement between you and us.
These Terms apply to the website winnerislandcasino.co.uk, all sub-domains, mobile interfaces and any product or service we make available through them. We may amend these Terms from time to time; the version published on this page at the moment you place a bet or make a deposit governs that transaction. We will notify you by email of any material change at least 14 days before it takes effect.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms you must close your account and stop using the service immediately. Continued use of the service after a change has taken effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Eligibility and prohibited jurisdictions
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of gambling in your country of residence, whichever is higher), legally able to enter into a binding contract, and not currently self-excluded through GamStop or any other multi-operator self-exclusion scheme that applies to you.
Our service is not directed at, and may not be used by, residents of jurisdictions in which online gambling is prohibited. Restricted territories include (without limitation) the United States, France, Spain, Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands, Australia, Singapore, Turkey, the People's Republic of China, Hong Kong and Iran. It is your responsibility to ensure that participating in our games is lawful in your jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to refuse, restrict or close any account at our sole discretion where we reasonably believe that the player does not meet these eligibility criteria, including the right to withhold any winnings derived from prohibited use.
3. Your account
You may hold only one account. Duplicate accounts identified by name, address, payment instrument, IP address, household, device fingerprint or shared documents will be closed and any winnings void.
All information you provide on registration must be true, accurate, current and complete. You must keep this information up to date and notify us within 14 days of any change to your name, address, country of residence or payment details.
You are responsible for keeping your username, password and one-time codes confidential. Any activity carried out using your credentials is deemed to have been carried out by you. Notify support immediately at support@winnerislandcasino.co.uk if you suspect unauthorised access.
We may at any time, and as often as we consider necessary, ask you to provide identification documents (passport, driving licence or national ID), proof of address dated within the last three months, proof of payment method ownership and source-of-funds evidence. Until verification is complete, withdrawals may be paused.
4. Deposits, withdrawals and dormant accounts
The minimum deposit is £10 and the maximum single deposit is £5,000 (limits may be lower depending on payment method). Deposits credit instantly for cards and e-wallets and within one business day for bank transfer. We do not accept third-party payments — funds must be paid from an account held in your own name.
Withdrawal requests are reviewed within 24 hours of submission. Once approved, funds are released within: e-wallets up to 24 hours, debit cards 1–3 business days, bank transfer 2–5 business days. Minimum withdrawal is £20. We reserve the right to pay back to the original deposit method first, in line with anti-money-laundering rules.
Player funds are held in a segregated client account separate from operating funds. In the unlikely event of insolvency, customer funds are protected to the extent required by our licence (medium protection rating).
If your account is inactive for 12 consecutive months we will notify you and may charge a monthly dormancy fee of £5 (or your full balance if lower) until activity resumes or the account is closed.
5. Fair play and prohibited conduct
All games use certified random number generators tested by independent laboratories (eCOGRA, iTech Labs or GLI). Return-to-player percentages are published in each game's information panel and are audited monthly.
The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances and reporting to law enforcement and other operators where appropriate: collusion between players; use of bots, scripts, automated software or AI tools to play on your behalf; exploitation of game malfunctions; chip-dumping; bonus abuse; multi-accounting; use of stolen payment instruments; and any attempt to defraud or hack the platform.
Where a game malfunction occurs, all bets and pays on that round are void and stakes refunded. We are not liable for any displayed winnings caused by software error.
6. Bonuses and promotions
All bonuses are governed by our separate Bonus Terms and Conditions, which form part of this agreement. By accepting any bonus you agree to those terms, including wagering requirements, maximum bet limits and game contribution rates.
We reserve the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any promotion at any time, including for individual players where we reasonably suspect bonus abuse. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them may be forfeited in such cases.
7. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Subject to the above, our total aggregate liability to you in any twelve-month period shall not exceed the greater of (a) the net amount lost by you on the platform during that period or (b) £500. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special or punitive losses, loss of profit, loss of opportunity or loss of goodwill.
We are not responsible for failures of internet connectivity, third-party payment providers, or events of force majeure that prevent the service from operating.
8. Account closure and termination
You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Any verified balance will be returned to you, less amounts owed to us. If you wish to take a break or self-exclude, see our Responsible Gaming page.
We may suspend or close your account immediately and without prior notice if you breach these Terms, if required by a regulator or law-enforcement authority, or if we reasonably suspect fraud, money laundering or problem gambling.
9. Complaints, disputes and ADR
If you have a complaint, please contact our support team at support@winnerislandcasino.co.uk in the first instance. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 8 weeks.
If we cannot resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you may refer it free of charge to our independent Alternative Dispute Resolution provider. You may also escalate matters to our regulator, Anjouan Gaming (Government of the Union of the Comoros), under licence no. ALSI-202411081-FI2.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising from or in connection with the agreement, save that we may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence to enforce a debt.
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
